Find it in your body

Whatever you’re feeling, your brain only knows you’re feeling it because your body is reflecting it – it’s not actually in your head. So, find it … how does my head know I’m feeling this? Where is it?

  • Pause (Stop. Notice)
  • Allow (create inner spaciousness)
  • Sense into the feeling IN THE BODY – dropping the label, with great compassion and curiosity
  • Honour the feeling (in the body) by focusing on it, and not on the story

And then just be with it. Is it unbearable? Can you accompany it? Set up camp next to it and just be there? And if not … can you be with that? Can you accept your non-acceptance?
