Where do I start?

For me, depression is fundamentally a state of disconnection from everything, which is based in a disconnection from self. Do you know how it feels when you’re genuinely self-connected? It’s when you’re not fighting anything in you. It mainly shows up for me as either agitation, where I can’t stand to be in my own skin, or miserable and hopeless and not able to function.
